The University of Delaware recognizes the importance of having a parental leave policy which helps employees balance the responsibilities of work and parenthood. This workshop provides your with the official parental leave policies, an opportunity for you to ask questions about some parenting experiences, and a suggestions and recommendations for balancing your work and family while at UD.
