| Description: | Men and women experience stress created by a number of factors in their lives. For males, expectations of living up to social roles, interpersonal relationships, and work obligations are only a few of these factors. For everyone, individual belief systems and the ability to use coping skills affect how well one handles stress. This two-part series will explore the stressors men face throughout their life cycle and provide information on ways to combat stress and develop resources to reduce its impact on their lives.
