| Description: | As part of its continuing initiative to offer the University community innovative alternatives for the acquisition of goods and services, Procurement Services will introduce new Travel & Entertainment Visa card functionality in April. This course will highlight recent updates to travel policies as well as instruct those who travel on University business, as well as their card administrators, on how to use the new web-based application called WORKS. WORKS will be used for reviewing and approving all University credit card charges. This course is required for both travelers (cardholders) and card administrators before cards will be issued. Also being introduced to the campus community will be new travel booking tools and a review of the pertinent travel contact information. No waiting lists for this course. If this class is full, please look for an open session. |
